This book, which is the fifth of series dedicated to Standardized Work, focuses on operator training and auditing. The whole process of deploying Standardized Work is a pure waste if it does not include operator training and auditing that allows to "check" that operators are actually doing the work as defined in the Standardized Work forms. Unfortunately Standardized Work without effective training and auditing is very common. In order to be successful training and auditing should be conducted in a certain way with certain tools.
